Environmental Social Governance
Our DEI Women’s group was started in 2022. We are adding additional sub-groups in 2023. Currently, SRM conducts quarterly meetings for women – incorporating everyone from our floor talent through management. SRM facilitates open communication and career growth for all of our employees.
In 2023, we’re also creating our governance platform in environmental efforts. Check this page for updates.
